This policy explains how TrueGloss Auto Wash handles refunds for car wash and detailing services.

When a Refund May Be Considered

• Service was not delivered as described or was unsatisfactory.
• A booking was cancelled with sufficient notice (24+ hours).
• Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Services correctly completed are generally non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible.
